I just wanted to let you know the fridge was delivered yesterday and everything is great. The delivery guys were excellent. They turned up when they said they would, and even removed and then replaced a door that impeded the removal of the old fridge. However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Then to receive a personal visit from you, a senior executive, to check out the problem was special.
