When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore.
