Enjoyable and financially rewarding
Just a quick note to thank everybody at Appliances Online (and their couriers) for getting our new Wall Oven and Microwave Oven to us so quickly. I have to say I was a little worried about spending so much money online ($1,498) without anything more than a web interface. Living in WA made it that more risky. I have to say the experience was an enjoyable and financially rewarding one that went without a hitch. Took just 6 working days to receive the goods after making payment. The freight charge was very, very reasonable and I was kept fully informed along the way. In fact, the goods arrived before they even made it to the courier's tracking system !! Thank you, thank you & thank you. We just purchased an Electrolux fridge from appliancesonline.com.au and we so glad that we did. My wife Naome & I were able to read & discuss the product info, make our decision on which fridge to purchase in the comfort of our home. This was done 'without' driving around to individual retailers, finding parking spots plus we didn't have to listen to a half informed sales pitch. Plus the delivery fee was pittance, to what we have paid for previously from 'local' retailers. The delivery guys called the day prior & gave us a time window, when they arrived they were 10 minutes ahead of time, plus they unpacked, set up and removed all packaging materials. Please pass on our thanks to the delivery guys.
