Great price
I recently bought a washing machine for my mother from your site. I placed an order on Friday 28/5/10 and the machine was delivered to my mother's home on Monday morning 31/5/10 as promised so that she could continue preparing for a much anticipated overseas trip later that week. Not only could I not believe the great price, but I was also impressed by the curteous and professional manner of your telephone staff and delivery personnel. The new machine was installed and the old one taken away at no extra cost to boot! I don't think I'll be shopping for whitegoods any other way from now on. Thanks Appliances Online. I have just received my delivery of a washing machine and microwave - the service has been fantastic- from the easy ordering format online - I ordered Thursday and requested delivery for the following Monday - it all went so well - the two young men who delivered the goods Mr. Tomer Maman and Mr Ketan were great - connected the goods- had them both working before they left, took all the packaging and the old appliances. The process took me 10 minutes at my computer
It's the first time I have used Appliances Online and I was very impressed at how quick and easy it was to find exactly the product I wanted, to pay for it and to organise delivery for exactly the day that suited me the most. That process took me 10 minutes at my computer and not a couple of hours tracking down the appliance by driving to my nearest appliance store, parking, queuing up to get help from a sales assistant and then queuing again to pay for it. The delivery people were clean and totally professional in their work. They rang prior to arrival and arrived at the agreed time.
