Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, this is possible best to check the depth of both machines, you will need the washer to be either equal or have a greater depth than the dryer being placed above, if all is good and the washer is suitable next option is to look at purchasing an Anti Vibration mat to be placed in between both items as there is No stacking kit available when mixing and matching brands. Hi, would you be able to find out how many minutes the tumble dryer reverses? We have an LG tumble dryer that goes forwards for 10 minutes and then reverses for ONLY 15 seconds which rolls sheets into a damp ball. Gary · 2023-05-04
Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, we have an answer back from this supplier and their machine operates the same as your current model, in regards to your drying normally when your drying rolls in a ball this can be due to overloading the dryer, when I advise customers on how much to load in their clothes dryer they were not aware that they had been placing too much in the dryer, for example, a full load of wet garments would be considered half a way of the bowl size anymore and you are overloading, your clothes don't have enough space to allow the air to flow and the clothes to expand when drying. Always sort your garments such as towels with towels, thin garments together, and sheets and pillowcases together but don't overload these, if your dryer has a sensor to detect the dryness within your garments use this instead of a manual model.
