    Could not be happier with the fridge and the back up assistance

    Worked well for a year, then no support
    This was a good fridge for just over a year. Then the ice maker stopped working. And then the freezer couldn't stay cold enough to keep things frozen. This was the start of January, now almost a month later and we still have no support other than 'we have sent the manufacturer a request for service'. Not really good enough for a $3000 fridge still under warranty. Probably cost at least a few hundred in wasted food due to freezer not working.

    Best fridge freezer i have seen
    I bought this freezer after looking at many others. I orignially had a Bosch side by side. I love the new black stainless steel look. The Hisense Freezer is very functional, tons of space. You do have to relearn how to stack things but i am just shocked how much i can fit in this fridge. I found leafy greens, vegitbals etc stay crisper for longer too. and Water is always cold even when frequently used. I do not have anything negative to say about this fridge.
