Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Could I please have instructions on how to add apps and items such as Google Chrome cast, thankyou DANIEL · 2019-03-19
Hi Daniel, Thank you for your question. To install an app: 1. From the Home screen, click on the Apps to select the 'VEWD' icon. 2. Navigate to the 'search' tab at the top of the screen. 3. Begin typing the name of the app. As you begin typing the first two to three letters the VEWD icon suggests words to quicken your search time. 4. Use the navigation buttons of your remote to select the app. A page displays that shows a written description of the app. 5. Click on 'add to favourites'. As for extrernal devices such as a Chromecast: 1. Connect the device to a HDMI port on your TV. 2. Connect the device to a suitable power supply such as USB if required.
