We have now had this refrigerator/freezer for almost two years, so have been able to put it through its paces. We originally wanted and ordered the LG, but this was not available and we could not get a delivery date, so we ordered the Hisense instead. The first one that was delivered turned out to have a faulty thermostat and it froze fruit, veggies and other items in the refrigerator part, and the selectable bottom right area that can be either a fridge or freezer, wouldn't freeze anything despite us setting it to freezer mode. A repairer came out and checked the insulation in it and put more in, but it made no difference, so it was exchanged for another one. That's the one we have now, and so far so good after nearly two years. It does have a longer warranty than the others, which is why we eventually went with the Hisense.

Love the compartment where you can change between fridge and freezer. Makes the fridge far more adaptable to changing needs.

Brought the fridge a month ago the freezer has worked but the fridge section has not. A nice style of fridge other wise.
