We have now had this refrigerator/freezer for almost two years, so have been able to put it through its paces. We originally wanted and ordered the LG, but this was not available and we could not get a delivery date, so we ordered the Hisense instead. The first one that was delivered turned out to have a faulty thermostat and it froze fruit, veggies and other items in the refrigerator part, and the selectable bottom right area that can be either a fridge or freezer, wouldn't freeze anything despite us setting it to freezer mode. A repairer came out and checked the insulation in it and put more in, but it made no difference, so it was exchanged for another one. That's the one we have now, and so far so good after nearly two years. It does have a longer warranty than the others, which is why we eventually went with the Hisense.

Had it around a month now and we are loving it. The ability to arrange the shelves at any height is what sold us on this over other models in the same price bracket. Have not noticed any noise from it. The doors are quite light and won't close completely if you let them swing shut on their own so be careful to close the doors.

We downsized slightly to 609l (from 700l) and are really happy with the space in the new fridge despite that. The french door cofiguration gives us more usable space. Very quiet, fits the kitchen well. Love the dark stainless finish. Delivery and install, first class
