TV is hopeless for YouTube and internet streaming
BWr bought this TV mainly for its YouTube and internet streaming function, but unfortunately it's performance is terrible, YouTube keeps freezing and will not play, we regret buying the TV, if you use YouTube or the internet to stream content buy another brand of TV, if you just watch free to air TV it's okay.

rang up saw TV i liked. Did comparison and asked if they priced match one i found cheaper. I asked if they priced matched. They did then took ANOTHER $100 .Fabulous service

I purchased this for my mum she is 75yrs I used you as I have many times because you deliver and set up. I was unaware until now that you do not set up TV's. This was frustrating for me as I live 4.5 hrs away. Your staff were very helpful and understanding and I appreciate that. Hisense is a great TV good value for money and a great looking TV. Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
