Missing or not working channel selection function
I bought this TV a few weeks back and every thing is nearly OK , except channel selection function on "free to air TV channels " there is no ability to delete unnecessary channels like my previous Hisense TV was able to. In today"s world surely you have not deliberately lessened the capabilities of your TV's. Other than the above mentioned flaw , everything else is fine--- Kayo connection perfect and other subscription services yet to try or cannot afford. Thankyou for opportunity to state the above and a downloadable update be made available to correct fault in TV John Short

We bought this as a choice for a second TV. So glad we chose this TV. The colour is perfect and we are yet to connect to the internet to make good use of the TV.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
