Very happy oversll
Purchased TV 2nd April and we are very happy with it overall. We got it for a bedroom and the picture and sound are faultless. It is our 2nd Hisense for the house and recommend it highly.

Great TV - could use extra buttons
I am thoroughly enjoying the Hisense Smart TV and would have scored you 5 Stars but something that I am disappointed with the new TV is the lack buttons on the side of the TV. Every TV should have the power on//off button, volume up/down and Chanel up/down, on the side or bottom edge, just in case you can’t find the remote control.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

An internet connection will be required when setting up the TV for the first time, but once it has been set up, you can use the TV without an internet connection through one of the HDMI inputs or by using a terrestrial antenna for free to air channels if you are in a coverage area.
