I recently purchased a washing machine from your company and wish to sincerely compliment you and your whole team on the ease and satisfaction of that process. I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: - * The best price * Many choices of payment * Free Delivery and set up * Took the old machine away * Ordered late afternoon and delivered by 9:20 the next morning I could not have asked for anything more. I appreciate that where I live had something to do with how early I received the machine, but nonetheless the whole experience was a very pleasant surprise.
