    Pretty ugly machine with the water taps on the top! I didn’t realise that and then there was the problem with the otherwise excellent delivery guys not being able to fully install it as they didn’t have the required hot water connection (this machine doesn’t heat the water as does a front loader) so I had to get a plumber in which you wouldn’t need to if you only wanted to use cold water. The lint container and the soap dispenser are flimsy and there’s no softener dispenser. HOWEVER, I really like this machine! It washes really well, is very simple to use and is efficient.

Prior to contacting Haier, there are a couple of troubleshooting steps you can consider. First, inspect the hose connection where the washer's hose attaches to the tap. If this area is damp, it's possible that there's a problem with the tap washer, causing water to travel down the hose and accumulate beneath the washer. Another possibility is that the hose might not have been properly tightened, resulting in water leakage down the hose and manifesting as water underneath the front of the washer. Additionally, verify whether the hose connections going into the washer are dry or wet. If both areas are dry, it's advisable to reach out directly to Haier Australia Customer Care via their toll-free number: 1300-729-948. Colin Jones, Appliances Online

    Good Morning, Thank you for this question if you are referring to water being pumped into your laundry tub and then returning this water back to your machine for a second wash which was called suds saving there are no top load washers offering this feature on the Australian market this disappeared over 10 years ago.     If I use the quick option there is no way to amend the spin time. If fact, I would like to have a regular setup which I use all the time without having to change the settings each time. Is this possible? Jane99 · 2019-12-19
