I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently.
