    Such a disappointment!!
    I bought this approximately 8 weeks ago and from the first wash I was disappointed!! The spin cycle is pathetic and the clothes are still so wet!! I have to put my load of washing through a 2nd spin cycle to be able to hang them up to dry. It doesn't have a 'Rinse & Spin' cycle. The express wash doesn't give you the option of the highest spin cycle (1200) so then I have to put it through another spin. I can't believe I let my husband convince me this was a better way to go....I should have trusted my gut and stuck with the LG, which we've had several times and was the best for a quick cycle (30 mins) and the spin cycle was fantastic as your clothes don't come out still sopping wet. I would never recommend or buy a Haier again. I wish I could just return it and get the LG!!!

    Worst f/loader I have ever had.
    This machine is rubbish, it doesn't remove any lint or fluff, my whole house shakes during the last spin (brick veneer house). If the wash needs adjusting so the machine doesn't shake to the extent that items fall off the pantry shelves, it is impossible to open the machine door even after unplugging the cord. This machine is less than twelve months old and if I could I would throw it in my bin!

    Poor quality components
    I bought this front loader a few weeks ago on recommendation from washing machine repairer. I bought it from Appliances Online who were fantastic to deal with and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Within the first week (after 3 loads of washing!!) the power button started getting stuck inside the surrounding housing, which stops me being able to start program. If I ease the power button back out, I can start the cycle. While technically not "broken", it is only a matter of time before the button gets stuck altogether. Also within the first week the machine refused to spin and when I consulted the manual provided, it had virtually no info in it as to how to perform a manual drain. Booklet just states "contact service team". I did contact the service team and they instructed me how to drain machine and clean the filter. Turned out a tiny piece of tanbark (no doubt in my kids pocket) had jammed the filter. Managed to fix that myself but when I told them about the power button- they stated as per warranty- if there is a problem with machine during warranty period they will not cover cost of service technician. I queried this and said that if item is under warranty it is their responsibility to fix or replace it. I was advised that it is on a "case by case basis" !!!!! BEWARE!!
