Very disappointing product. Should be recalled. Sensor doesn't work and takes 3 re-starts to get one load dry, if it dries at all. Kept tripping our home switchboard. Was replaced with another one and this one was faulty also. Horrible horrible product and I'm a F & P fan. :-(

We purchased this dryer start of February and only got to use for a few weeks before we had a problem. We are happy with service from appliances on line but have been very disappointed with service from fisher & pykel. Had someone come to look at dryer and said it needed a new element which is ridiculous for a brand new machine. Then they finally came back to put in new part but it was the wrong one so had to reorder again and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Now they are saying it will still be another week. It is beyond a joke. They say they cannot check every machine that leaves their factory but I say why not!!! I believe they should have replaced my dryer with a complete new one. Very angry!!
