Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. Hi Folks, I thought I would send through a compliment for the guys that delivered my fridge this morning. One guys name was Corey, didnt get the other guys name. Both guys didnt mess around, both fast and friendly, installing new fridge etc, then Corey (on his own! The other guy was finishing levelling the new fridge and hooking it up etc) lugs my old fridge back down 3 flights of stairs! Crazy stuff! Anyway .... Every time I have dealt with you guys I have been pretty impressed with your service and no mucking around professional attitude, and today was no different.
