I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices. I will also recommend to anyone purchasing new whitegoods. Thank you for a positive experience, really makes for a very nice change!!!Amazing customer service experience I recently took delivery of a Bosch upside down fridge 451ltr. I found the whole process very easy with no hassles at all. I ordered it late on the Tuesday night and it was delivered the next Monday as promised. The fridge is great and the price was soooo much cheaper than the retail stores and delivery was free. Very very happy guys, I will be telling all my friends and will be using you again.
