I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service.Within 25 hours of placing my order, my new Bosch dishwasher had been delivered, installed and the old one removed, taken away and there I was...standing in my kitchen admiring the gleam of the new dishwasher filled with anticipation and excitement at loading it up for the first wash!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - I couldn't be happier. The dishwasher is fantastic. And the fact that the process of purchasing one was made so effortlessly made the experience all the more satisfying. I really want to make special mention of the helpfulness of Will - the gentleman whom I spoke to when I rang to enquire about dishwashers - he was courteous and honest in both conversations we had -he assisted in my choice - instilled confidence in going with Appliance Online and was never ever pushy. He arranged the whole thing and I'd like to thank him. I also want to thank the delivery man, Jeremy - he was pleasant and very efficient. Upon installing my dishwasher he noticed I had a bracket missing from a shelf under my kitchen sink and he secured it for me! How kind.
