Stainless Steel Construction
Composed of CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, Global Knives are resistant to corrosion and rust, and can be sharpened to a razor’s edge. Hardened to Rockwell C56-58 and ice tempered, Global knives maintain their sharpness for longer, for effortless cutting.
Perfectly Balanced
Global knife handles are hollow and filled with precise amounts of sand, creating the perfect balance between the blade and handle. Removing the need for a bolster to act as a counterweight, Global knives maintain an optimal balance while also being incredibly easy to cut with and sharpen.
