I just want to say how fantastic the experience with appliances online was. I now have my new fridge (cheaper than anywhere else) all installed and the old one taken away. Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated. Today we received our refrigerator. The delivery fellows rang as you said and with very little fuss installed the fridge and took the old fridge away and all the packing. I would like to compliment Appliances Online and in particular Peter and John for their courteous and helpful assistance in the purchase and for any other purchases I need to make you are in my favourites menu to check your price and availability prior to going anywhere else.
