I really wanted this grill since a long time and just bought mine. I was so excited to use it. first time I used it to grill korean bbq meat and turned out so good. My husband was amazed as well. The non stick surface was so easy to clean even you can just wipe it with a paper towel because of the non stick feature. But, my concern is after the first use and I’m about to wash it, I found the back side of the grilling plate was so hard to clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes to scrub with the sponge. Sadly the edge of the non stick surface started to peeling off a little bit. I don’t know why maybe it‘s peeling when I wash it but I really try my best to take a good care of it.

Agree with others that cooking time is slow, and the underside of the grill plate has a black paint or a tarnished effect that comes off with cleaning...so it looks bad underneath but brand new on the top. Still, pretty good for those without a bbq.

I bought this awhile ago and bring it out every couple of months and am reminded why I hate it. It takes soooo long to cook anything! More than 30 minutes for corn cobs and mushrooms today. I guess the good thing is that you can walk away and leave it for awhile and never have to worry about burning anything. I also have to be careful taking the grill plate on and off for cleaning as there's a sharp edge and I cut my finger quite badly. I see all these happy reviews and wonder if I just got a lemon!
