We use this all the time to cook rice and steam vegetables. I’ve also used the slow cook function a few times. Works amazingly and is quick and pain free. Very easy to use.

I bought this few months ago. I have been using this a few times to cook brown rice and it was good. Then I decided to do a Slow Cook. 8 hours later, my stew is still not cooked. The pot is just slightly warm, not hot. Very disappointing!!

Bought this early this year and tried using it during the Covid19 lockdown. Unfortunately it was faulty and did not work and I could not get it replaced because of the lockdown. Have since returned it and bought a different product.
