We bought our Family Grill about a year ago and it is easily one of the most used appliances in our kitchen. It is so easy to use and clean we can even let our kid's use it without worry. The tilt option is invaluable and we no longer have puddles of oil or cheese left on the bench top at the end of cooking. The surface is going strong and is easy to wipe down from either hot or cold. Our only gripes are the lack of a temperature control and the fact that as a family of 6 we could use a bit more surface area, both of which would only serve to make a great product even better

HEATS up quickly and retains even heat during cooking. I have never burned my meat nor my sandwiches making lunch enjoyable and delicious. Love the easy cleaning just a wipe off with paper towel and a wet cloth.
