I love this grill ! It makes the best toasties & even better chargrilled meats & vegetables. Super quick and easy to use and clean up is a breeze.

Love the design, plates wear out and can’t replace
Love the product design, use almost daily, and so much easier to clean with removable plates BUT the stick free surface wears off and it becomes useless - so better stick free surface would be good, or sell replacement grill plates. Also there is no link on this page that works to buy at the RRP? And I do love it enough I need to buy another now the grill plates aren’t stick free

Very slow cooker
I have an old product of this brand, maybe from the 80s or 70s, and it is supper but small in size. I recently upgraded to this one, and it is nothing compared to the old ones. It takes ages to heat and cook. It takes forever to cook with very mild Browning. The photo shows results after 25 min of cooking; not happy with it.
