    Does not heat up
    I read reviews that said the grill doesn't heat up enough to grill meat, but I only wanted it to toast sandwiches so I thought it would be okay. I tried it twice, and after close to 10 minutes each time, the bread wasn't even browned and cheese had only just started to melt. Very disappointed in the purchase. I returned it for a full refund.
