Friendly and helpful
I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. Can't believe you can be that good!
Hi AppliancesOnLine Congratulations on fantastic service. I ordered the item below at 2.30pm on Wednesday, at 8.00am Thursday it was on my doorstep. Can't believe you can be that good! The reason we bought the oven was that ours broke down and a new electronic timer from Smegg was quoted at $450.00. As it was about 12 years old my wife thought it was time to update. So she searched the Internet to find out what was available and came upon your excellent web site. Decided on the model she wanted, told me that she could get a better price at 'The Good Guys' as she has been a constant shopper there. Not only could they not match your price but they couldn't even get close to it! And also wanted a $40.00 delivery fee.
