Better service than I would get from a retail store
Thanks. I must say that everything about my experience with Appliances on line has been great. Monday 5pm order to be delivered the next day Tuesday 8am delivery time confirmed 11-1 10:30 am change order before delivery, from 602mm Simpson to 565mm Fisher and Paykel – I should have measured before I ordered! 11am delivery truck shows up but no problem with leaving on the truck. They missed Dave’s call Wednesday 9am New dryer delivered. Much better service than I would get from a retail store, and at no time did anyone say “not my problem” Steve, Cremorne, NSW

I would like to thank you for sending such great young men to deliver my dryer. They were so happy – it was great. They unpacked my dryer, positioned it for me and took away the old machine and all the rubbish. I know that’s part of their job but they were exceptional.Please convey our thanks. I ordered a tumble dryer off you guys, I received an email letting me know the order was received, shortly afterwards I received an email letting me know that my order was ready to be shipped, the driver rang me to let me know when he was coming and WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE!
