Speedy and courteous delivery
This is the first time I have used Appliances Online and I will be recommending them to everyone! Spoke to a friendly operator about a washing machine at 10am, by 12 he had called back to advised it would be delivered this afternoon, it arrived and was installed by 1.30pm! The old washing machine was taken away and I could'nt be more pleased with both the excellent service from David and the speedy and courteous delivery. Linda, St. Clair, NSW

I usually don't write reviews but I am so impressed with the service of Appliances Online I had to write and say how impressed I am. Our dryer blew up on Monday night and a friend suggested ordering online from Appliances Online as I already new the model I wanted. Contacted the customer service number at 8.00pm to confirm something before I ordered and they answered the phone, WOW. I ordered Monday night and received a phone call at 6.45am on the Wednesday stating the dryer would be delivered between 7.30 and 8.30. I was sceptical as I have never had any good experiences with delivery drivers. To my surprise the delivery driver turned up at 7.45am. Delivered the new dryer and took the old one away.
