As the customer, we were kept well informed of the procedure for the arrival of our new fridge, via text and email. The delivery arrived in the exact time frame that had been promised and the drivers took away our old fridge. I have been and will happily recommend your company to anyone. WOW !! What great service. I have just had my Fisher & Paykel fridge delivered and I couldn't be happier. The delivery men - Warren & Glen - arrived bright and cheery and proceeded to put in my new fridge and take away the old one with a minimum of fuss. They were terrific. I only ordered the fridge on Tuesday and now, here it is !! The large retail stores could certainly take a lesson in customer service from you guys. Best price, best service, best delivery men.
