I would like to thank you for your service in delivering a new Simpson front loader washing machine. You offered to remove the defective machine at no cost and also install the new one. I cannot fault your service. The machine was delivered on time the next day. It also cost less than the price stated in Choice magazine by $126. In the future I plan to buy other products from you. WONDERFUL ! Our Washing Machine decided it was tired yesterday. Within that time, the old machine has been removed, replaced and a new machine installed! I have 3 young boys and I NEED my washing machine.. Appliances on line have been a God Send. I have not had to leave my house and all aspects of their service as prosmised have been fullfilled. What can I say, their service, professionalism and promises have all been followed through. I will from now on look at this site before visiting a retailer. Hi there, Thanks for your enquiry! Garmin has specified for your particular unit the battery will require replacing roughly every 12 months. The link below is a tutorial video by Garmin teaching you on how to replace the battery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQJDRWQ3FPM With that in mind, they have also advised that there is a USB Hand-Stick (model #010-01058-00) which can be purchased through Garmin for $59. This device links your Vivofit with your computer and allows them to channel information. Another alternative is to install the Garmin Connect Mobile App which can be used to pair/sync your mobile to your Vivofit. The closest recommended retailer for Garmin is located on 92 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda VIC 3182.
