Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time. I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person.
