Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. I would like to express my thanks for your performance as a company who serves people. After 21 hours since my old washing mashine collapsed I was able to start my washing with a new 7.5kg Front Load Samsung Washing Machine WF8750LSW1. The staff was so proffesional Steve was a very helping to unswer my all questions. I said he is a great ambassador for his company. He was patient and no in a hurry. I am also very happy to choose this model of Samsung as it covers all my expectations to get great results on wash with many different cycles. Definitely I will share your address with my friends.
