A little concerned how it would go
Hi I have not bought an appliance on line before and was a little concerned how it would go. I would like to compliment your company on the way my order was handled, i.e. the uncomplicated method of ordering, the pleasant way I was treated when I rang to change delivery date and the very prompt delivery. It was difficult ordering a product I did not know but I am extremely happy with the Omega Dishwasher. I am sure you get complaints but this is a genuine compliment. Thank you, thank you & thank you. We just purchased an Electrolux fridge from appliancesonline.com.au and we so glad that we did. My wife Naome & I were able to read & discuss the product info, make our decision on which fridge to purchase in the comfort of our home. This was done 'without' driving around to individual retailers, finding parking spots plus we didn't have to listen to a half informed sales pitch. Plus the delivery fee was pittance, to what we have paid for previously from 'local' retailers. The delivery guys called the day prior & gave us a time window, when they arrived they were 10 minutes ahead of time, plus they unpacked, set up and removed all packaging materials.
