I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Wednesday 29th January and it was delivered and installed by the time I arrived home from work the next day! The driver rang me on Thursday morning to say what time he would be there, he arrived within the appointed time and installed the new machine, removed the old one and took it away with all the packaging, all at no extra cost. I was enticed by the free delivery
Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again. Phillippa,
