A completely hassle free transaction
Our washing machine died yesterday morning. We ordered a new one from you guys (cheaper than retail prices woo!) just before lunchtime. I was kept up to date with the progress of our order through SMS, and received a phone call this morning giving us a window for delivery as promised. Our brand new washing machine was delivered (for FREE) this morning BEFORE 10am. It was installed (for FREE) and our old washing machine removed (again for FREE). Thank you for a completely hassle free transaction and fantastic service. Great service and unbeatable price
I just received my new washing machine today and wanted to thank you for such great service. Within 10 minutes the new machine was connected and ready to go, with the old one on a trolley on the way out of the house. I haven't used the machine as yet but we just upgraded from our old LG so I'm sure it'll be just as good, if not better - and with a 10 year standard warranty, I don't think we'll have many if any problems.
