    The fridge is converted by our Winning Services team at the warehouse the day prior to delivery.

    Please note** for onsite conversions all food items need to be emptied out of the fridge (and freezer if applicable) prior to delivery.

    The fridge will need to be laid down by installer in order to convert hinge, so enough floor space needs to be cleared to allow for this.

    Hi Alice, it depends on the model (we do not offer hinge conversion on all fridges, for example on LG - which they require their own authorised technicians to perform them to keep the warranty intact and can be reached on 1300 542 273).     It is not clear from the description, but I have sort of inferred that this is a service whereby Appliances online undertake the fridge door conversion on behalf of the customer (prior to or during delivery) - is that correct? Mathew · 2019-05-11
    Good Morning, Thank you for this question, if your fridge that you purchase from us can be swapped over we employ an outside contractor who is able to do this prior to your delivery, he will require at least two working days to arrange this, their fee is $150.00 which includes unboxing, hinge converted and then reboxed.
