    It took awhile for the kit for my fridge to come in, but once AO got it they sent out two workers to complete the job. They were friendly and efficient. Thank you

    This kit came with the new refrigerator, all as arranged at purchase. The kit was fine but the removal of existing screws on door hinges (to reverse the door swing) was hazardous and almost impossible due to tightness and fraying of the threads.??....it took over an hour to carefully unscrew the hinges while using lots of lubricant. Re-using the same screws was a mistake where new ones should have been included with the kit. Had I broken a screw on removal it would have been disastrous.!!!!

    I did not get the conversion as after ordering and paying for it when the fridge was delivered I was told it couldn't be done as it was a superseded fridge, I should have been told that in the first place. Fridge turned out to be faulty and had to be returned and over a week later I'm am still waiting for my refund.

    Good morning Thank you for your question with the hinge conversion kit, the Westinghouse 340ltr fridge comes supplied as a right hinge opening only from the supplier, if you are wanting to reverse the opening then the optional extra hinge conversion kit which is listed on the website under: Choose your installation options. Under this section you will see the optional extra conversion kit and the fee for the installer to come out to our warehouse unbox, remove original doors and hinges, replace with left hinge conversion kit replace the door and place the box back over. Please allow two working days for the conversion to be done as we have to book the tradesperson. Our drivers will bring your fridge out to you with the doors now converted, our drivers will text on the morning of delivery once they have loaded their vehicle and provide a 1-2 hour window of delivery to your mobile phone.
