The cooker's stainless steel finish can be quickly and simply wiped clean while the oven's self-cleaning catalytic liners absorb food splashes reducing them to ash during high-temperature cooking.

Natural gas not available? No problem! This oven comes with a conversion kit for running the appliance off bottled gas.
