Hi, I ordered a Blanco upright stove/oven from you on Sunday 22/3/09. I took delivery of it today just three days later and I have to let you know I am extremely impressed and happy with the wonderful service you have provided. I have received phone calls updating me on the status of the order and confirming it will arrive as requested. Received great service fom your organisation. Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove. The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem.
