Appliance is working very well
Noticed appliance was marked and dented. Notified retailer who told us the product must have been damaged at the warehouse, am currently still waiting for a replacement.

My new stove
I am very happy with my new fan forced stove however the griller handle was better on the other chef stove i had..it was welded on and doesnt come off...

The stove was delivered on time and the old one taken away without any fuss. A rarity in today's competitive market. Hi AppliancesOnLine Congratulations on fantastic service. I ordered the item below at 2.30pm on Wednesday, at 8.00am Thursday it was on my doorstep. Can't believe you can be that good! The reason we bought the oven was that ours broke down and a new electronic timer from Smegg was quoted at $450.00. As it was about 12 years old my wife thought it was time to update. So she searched the Internet to find out what was available and came upon your excellent web site. Decided on the model she wanted, told me that she could get a better price at 'The Good Guys' as she has been a constant shopper there. Not only could they not match your price but they couldn't even get close to it! And also wanted a $40.00 delivery fee. Don't know how you do it, but I do know we will be repeat customers of yours in the future. Congratulations again. Michael and Wendy,
