Fast, efficient, friendly
My experience with Appliances Online has been the best, from the beginning when I placed my order by phone where I was treated efficiently and professionally, nothing was any trouble. My landlord let the delivery men in and he advised that these guys were fast, efficient, friendly and nothing was any trouble to them, they delivered my washing machine, set it up and took away the old one with no hassles, I came home that night and there was my lovely new machine waiting to be used. Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost.
