They got what is a heavey appliance up 3 flights of stairs to our apartment taking the upmost care not to damage the product on installation. Hi Lawson, Thank you for your question, The finish on this tap is inox. Inox finishes are extremely similar to brushed finishes, and the primary difference between the two is that the ‘brushed’ look of inox is a bit smoother than the look you get with brushed stainless steel. Please note, the metal makeup of the tap is still stainless steel, the finishing style (inox) is what gives the tap its exterior look.
