This meant we had to get the plumber to install some sort of pressure regulator at extra cost. We were lucky that our pipes were above ground or the cost would have been prohibative. Positive outcome was that with the reduced water pressure there is less wear & tear on our washing machine, dishwasher etc. Note, our house is older but apparently if the house is newish the water pressure is at the reduced levelFrankie mixer tapBrought it a month ago. Solid - well manufactured - good extended warrant compared to other taps on market.New mixer works very well (although we were replacing a similar Franke mixer which had problems after about 5 years, which is why I've only rated the product good rather than excellent. If this one is still good in 5 years I'll change my product rating to excellent!!!!!).....Legendary service
