Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. Enjoyable and financially rewarding
Just a quick note to thank everybody at Appliances Online (and their couriers) for getting our new Wall Oven and Microwave Oven to us so quickly. I have to say I was a little worried about spending so much money online ($1,498) without anything more than a web interface. Living in WA made it that more risky. I have to say the experience was an enjoyable and financially rewarding one that went without a hitch. Took just 6 working days to receive the goods after making payment. The freight charge was very, very reasonable and I was kept fully informed along the way. In fact, the goods arrived before they even made it to the courier's tracking system !!
