I found dealing with Appliances Online to be a great experience. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery man. The thought of running around from store to store, dealing with a multitude of salesmen, organising delivery, trying to figure out how to get rid of my old machine was all causing me a great deal of stress. What a pleasure it was to find a way to do this from the comfort of my own home. No running around, no stress, everything taken care of in one go and with prices comparable to those in store. Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated.
