RETAIL STORE:
My visit to a well known retail shop. Rude staff (apparently I interrupted their chat), didn't know the product (seriously reading the brochure to me) and then out of stock and had "no idea" when they would
get it.
APPLIANCES ONLINE:
Easy to use website,
Great phone advice regarding which model to choose,
Ordered online and managed to pick the wrong delivery date,
Emailed and fixed immediately,
Delivery people called as promised and set a time... then arrived on time (never happens in Canberra),
Really polite, sorted everything amazingly fast.
Ok, so I must admit I was waiting (actually expecting) something to go wrong. How do you get this level of service and substantially cheaper..?
Must admit I am almost hoping for something to breakdown so I can see the repair service... Do you helicopter people in..? ;-)
