Just wanted to say thank you to everyone I dealt with when buying a fridge. Your service was wonderful, your staff always friendly, polite & a pleasure to deal with. The fridge was a surprise birthday present for my daughter & she was so surprised she tried arguing with the courier that it wasn't for her! Dont need to say how excited she was. I am more than impressed
This morning, my new washing machine was to be delivered to our address in Caringbah between 9.30-11.30am. I have 2 young boys and was dreading the delivery because I thought there would be water and mess everywhere and so on... I went out this morning early and got back at about 9.40 to the guys already here (sorry about that!) They didn't mind that I was late and that the old machine wasn't disconnected (another apology...) It took them 10 minutes to take the old one out, set the new one up and be friendly to not only me but my boys. For the lack of hassle in not only purchasing the new machine but also the delivery, I am more than impressed! I will be recommending your business to as many people as I can. Having worked in customer service from the basic level up to management for most of my working life, I know customers aren't always the easiest and they rarely say thankyou or mention good service so I'd like to take this opportunity to do just that. Just to let you know we were very happy with the service provided by your company in the supply of our new washing machine. The freight to north queensland was unbelievably fast the service was great and the washing machine is excellent.It is simple to use and has a great variety of cycles and most importantly it cleans the clothes realy well in a normal time (some front loaders are sooo slow).
