My main concern and wish is for something reliable and easy to operate.Good quality, as usual!I have long been devoted to Fisher & Paykel appliances and was devastated when my old washer broke down after 16 years but the new machine is fantastic! The bowl size is excellent, fits in everything I could possibly want to wash, and while it has many different options for washes, the machine is very easy to use and control panel easy to follow.Quiet but too smallI bought this machine a month ago to replace my 8kg washing machine. While true to the reviews the machine is quiet and easy to use, I was shocked by how small the tub is. To truly replace my 8kg washing machine I needed to buy the 10kg machines. Now I am stuck with a very small machine for a family of four adults. My advice to anyone buying a machine, please take the time to check them out in store before buying online - saves disappointment.Legendary service

We ordered our Fisher and Paykel washing machine on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered 10am Tuesday morning. For the price I was going to pay at other "retailers" we got the next model up for the same price on here. It is refreshing to have a online store deliver better quality and service than walk in stores. I will definately be back.Better quality and service than walk in stores I am pleased to say that my oven was safely delivered on 29/3 and was installed yesterday (30th).
