While true to the reviews the machine is quiet and easy to use, I was shocked by how small the tub is. To truly replace my 8kg washing machine I needed to buy the 10kg machines. Now I am stuck with a very small machine for a family of four adults. My advice to anyone buying a machine, please take the time to check them out in store before buying online - saves disappointment.prior to this I had a fisher & paykel for 16years and it got a workout while my family grew up through its teens. It finally started making some terrible noises but was still plugging away. Decided to replace her before she gave up the ghost. Have had new model now for 2 months and she is a beauty so far also.Love this MachineThis is my 3rd Fisher & Paykel washing machine and I love this one even more. More compact but takes a larger load. Only this missing is advancing the cycle option.Legendary service
