Functional and Reliable
Only early days with this fridge but I went on reviews and my positive experience with my previous Fisher and Paykel that was about 15years old and still going strong. Looks good, very functional design and easy to use/access, quiet running and hopefully a trouble free future.

Great fridge
This is the second F&P bottom mount fridge I have had. I had the last fridge for 12 years. This fridge is super quiet and has an excellent light source inside. My only gripe, and something you can’t see in online photos, is the top of the door sits above the fridge by about 6cm, great if you’re putting it in a fridge space in the kitchen as it would cover the gap between the fridge and upper cupboard. But if it’s stand alone like mine the overhang looks really odd and I wouldn’t have bought it had I known.

Best customer service we have ever received
I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours. After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse. Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. The service was amazing, we ordered our new fridge at 3pm on one day and by 11am the next day we had a new fridge and it cost less than what we could have bought it in the shops, and was delivered to our front door, and they took away the old one. Hello, I just wanted to provide some positive feedback on my experience with appliancesonline. I recieved delivery of my fridge/freezer yesterday. The team that delivered my product were very efficient, helpful and friendly. They got what is a heavey appliance up 3 flights of stairs to our apartment taking the upmost care not to damage the product on installation. I was extremely satisifed with the product, the service a the installation service provided by the delivery team.
