Couldn’t recommend them highly enough
I am so thrilled with my new washing machine and freezer. Everybody from appliances on line from the people who took my order, the gentleman who rang to tell me of the delivery date (2 days later) to the driver and installer went above and beyond the call of duty. I have already recommended them to friends especially one who is finishing her kitchen and laundry renovation and needs new appliances. She also found them to be a great company. We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
