Why?
The fridge is fine the delivery also. the installers leave a lot to be desired. I had to ask my plumber to re install it and move it so that I could open the door wide enough to remove the freezer drawers.

A pleasurable and easy experience
I just wanted to thank appliances online for their prompt delivery of my new fridge yesterday. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and teh guys who delivered it were just fantastic. They phoned me when they were 20 minutes away, moved in the new fridge with no complaints (my house can be hard to access with furniture), they unpacked the new fridge, set it up, and took the old one awaywith no issues whatsoever. It is so rare these days that people deliver on tehir promises and make buying whitegoods a pleasurable and easy experience. Hi, I would just like to compliment Appliances Online and the two delivery guys that delivered my fridge (one was named Ali). I was very impressed with the availability, ability to deliver in the timeframe I wanted, pricing and service. In contrast, some local retailers were charging twice - yes, twice - the price, all had no stock and offered a 2-3 week lead time. Good Morning, Thank you for this question the model fridge you have been looking at has an inbuilt automatic ice maker in the freezer section you are able to see the water dispenser in the fridge door so this model will require to plumbed into mains water supply please talk your plumber on where the mini water tap connection is to be located for the water supply.
