[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At our previous house we had an older model of the same Fridge/Freezer. It is still running and works perfectly and quietly. The new model has several changes which are NOT improvements. 1. There are no handles so it is impossible to avoid fingermarks on the door. 2. The moveable shelves in the door are too deep (in height) so there is no easy way to store a standard 1.5 litre soft drink bottle in the door. 3. The previous model had a wire wine bottle shelf. The new model has small trays for bottles to sit on. They are nowhere near as convenient. 4. The new model has no egg rack. In addition, the new model rattles noisily when it is on the cooling cycle. The rattle is inside the back panel and not caused by the shelves or contents. We have had a Fisher and Paykel service person come and take out and check behind the back panels. The unit is a little quieter but nowhere near as quiet as the old model.
